Stampin’ Up! Best Bunny Bundle Hello card

Stampin' Up! Best Bunny Bundle Hello card

Today I’m sharing my Stampin’ Up! Best Bunny Bundle Hello card and video tutorial.  I love this paper piecing bunny punch and coordinating stamp set!  It is great as an all occasion set as well as all the Easter and Spring possibilities.

To make this super cute card just start with an A2 Whisper White cardstock base cut at 8.5″ x 5.5″.  Score and fold in half at 4.25″.  The Pear Pizzazz layer is cut at 5.25″ x 4″, and the top white layer is 5″ x 3.75″.  The DSP layer is cut at 3.75″ x 2″ and the whisper white sentiment strip is 3/4″.  Layer this sentiment strip onto a Pear Pizzazz strip cut at 7/8″.

Don’t forget to make your envelope pretty!

Stampin'Up! Bella & Friends Balloon and Puppy

This Stampin’Up! Bella & Friends Balloon and Puppy card was super quick & easy to make!  This happened to be from a color challenge, which I love doing!

Start with a base of So Saffron cut at 4.25″ x 11″, score and fold at 5.5″. Next, cut a layer of Soft Suede at 5.25″ x 4″.  Add a layer of DSP and a small layer of white!  I used blender pens to color in the puppy, balloon, and bird picking up ink from the lids of the pads ( the squeezie technique). Stamp the sentiment on a strip of white cardstock and layer it on a strip of soft suede.

The picture doesn’t show, but I added pearls to each end of the sentiment.  Remember to make your envelope pretty!

Although this Stampin’Up! Trifold screen card Bella & Friends and Pretty Kitty uses a few of my stock I had laying in my craft room the stamp sets and colors are all current and can be easily reproduced!

Start with a 5.5″ x 8.5″ piece of paper.  There are many ways to make the top decorative.  I used our now retired triple corner punch.  ( be creative!!) Score at 1/16″ past 2 3/4″, and score again at 1/16″ past 5 5/8″.  The black layer is 2.5″ x 4.25″ and the smaller white layer is 4 1/8″ x 2 3/8″.

Stampin'Up! Pets on parade #3

I am fortunate to be able to sell my cards in my local hair salon.  Through that I was recently asked to do a group of pet sympathy cards for a wonderful lady who is a pet sitter.  She needed them for the rare occasion when one of her friends suffered a loss.  It made me think of how much I love our own pets.  And also how many people we know who also have furry family members!

This was a heartfelt need for a set of handmade cards, but I also realized how these same cards can be used for happy times as well!!  In that spirit I wanted to share my creations with you all.  There are also so many different kinds of pet stamps available through Stampin’Up!  So I was thinking horses, rabbits, turtles, and many more!

These cards could actually be used in many different ways.  That made me happy, and inspired me to create more in the future!

It also inspired me to create an entire category dedicated to pet themed cards, can’t wait to share!
