Yay! for the Stampin’ Up! Blossoming Basket with Stampin’ Blends markers! I love this sweet bundle and Spring is the perfect time to play! I am so happy that this Basket weave textured impressions embossing folder will be carrying over to the Stampin’ Up! 2018-2019 Annual Catalog. It is such a fun background and as you see in the video, looks geometric on the back side 🙂
Tis card is easy. Simply start with an A2 Daffodil Delight card base cut at 8.5″ x 5.5″. Score and fold in half at 4.25″. The Very Vanilla embossed layer is cut at 5.25″ x 4″, the Garden Green layer is cut at 3 3/8″ x 3 5/8″, and the top Vanilla layer is cut at 3.25″ x 3.5″.
The basket, butterfly, and tag are stamped in Momento black ink and colored with Stampin Blends markers. Remember to make your envelope pretty!

When asked to create an Easter themed treat holder for a Split Coast Stampers Guest Tutorial I was super excited! Who doesn’t love treats?? And I have always loved the Bag a lope ( essentially a bag made from an envelope!) So of course I had to create this super cute Bag A Lope Easter Treat Holder!
Because almost the entire project is paper piecing it’s actually very easy to do! As much as I love layers and layers, and details beyond, most of the time that just doesn’t fit my busy life! So when something can be adorable and easy- I’m all over it!
I have listed the supplies below, everything is current with a few exceptions. The 3/8″ circle punch for the black of the eyes is a disc’d punch, however there are many size circles in other diecut sets to use as an alternative. Same for the Heart punch I used for the nose and front paws. The Easter sentiment is also from a disc’d set, but we have so many others available, just play and have fun!

This Lots of Lavender Wreath card is from the 2018 Sale A Bration release and it is super fun to use and incredibly versatile. I chose to make a sympathy card with the wreath, but it could have easily been a Mothers Day, a birthday, or any number of occasions!
I love the quick and easy wreath idea for a card. Start with an A2 card base cut at 11″ x 4.25″, score and fold in half at 5.5″. The Plum layer is cut at 5.25″ x 4″, and the vanilla layer is cut at 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″. Use temporary adhesive to attach the scallop circle mask for the center of the wreath.
Please see the Lots of Lavender Wreath card video tutorial for details:
I simply adore this Petal Passion DSP focal with Stampin’ Blends coloring card. The Petal Passion DSP has amazing prints that just beg to be colored and showcased! What a perfect combination with the new Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers!
There are many flowers and sets of leaves that can be colored and fussy cut to use on a variety of cards. I have used them as accents on cards, or like here as a stand alone focal. Yes the Petal Passion DSP is that great!
The card base is an A2 size portrait base cut at 11″ x 4.25″. Score and fold in half at 5.5″. The white layer on the front and inside are cut at 5.25″ x 4″, and the pear pizzazz square on the front is cut at 3.75″ x 3.5″. Wrap the ribbon around the two top layers before attaching to the base and pop up your focal with dimensionals. Remember to make your envelope pretty!
