I was inspired to make this Happy birthday card using Christmas in the Making stamp set from my friend Libby! In case you couldn’t tell I love cats! They just make me happy! So thinking outside the box with this stamp set makes it useful year round! I have even seen some super cute Halloween cards using this set!
I also love to color and so I was incredibly excited when Stampin’ Up! brought back their line of Stampin’ Blends Alcohol ink markers complete with skin tones, and color lifter! This was so easy to do it qualified as a quick and easy card!
I started with an A2 card base in the Thick White cardstock. Cut this at 8.5″ x 5.5″. Score and fold in half at 4.25″. The Crumb Cake layer is cut at 5.25″ x 4″, the DSP layer is cut at 4 7/8″ x 3 5/8″, and the Shimmer White layer is 4 3/4″ x 3.5″ . You don’t have to use Shimmery white card stock with Alcohol markers, but I do love the look and blending smoothness! Stamp the Sentiments in Pool Party ink and remember to make your envelope pretty!
Another color challenge! This one featuring the Stampin’ Up! Grown With Love friend card. As much as I love gardens I had yet to use this wonderful and fun set! Love the ” little red wagon” and the fall colors! This weeks color challenge colors were Cherry Cobbler, Cajun Craze, Crushed curry, Daffodil Delight, and White.
Remember! You can save 10% by purchasing the Grown with Love Bundle! Start with an A2 card base of thick white cardstock cut at 8.5″ x 5.5″. Score and fold in half at 4.25″. The second layer is Cajun Craze cardstock cut at 5″ x 3 3/4″. Finally the top white embossed layer is cut at 4 7/8″ x 3 5/8″. This layer is embossed using the Layered Leaves Dynamic Textured embossing folder. The DSP is cut at 1.5″ x 4 7/8″. Add the ribbon to finish off the Stampin’ Up! Grown With Love friend card.
I used Stampin’ Up! markers to color directly to the stamp for the vegetables. Huff 🙂 Stamp 🙂 Remember to make your envelope pretty too!

This Stampin’ Up! Crafting Forever Thank You card was super Quick & Easy! I send a ton of thank you cards every month and quick, easy, looks pretty fits my needs perfectly…lol… I love the crafting forever stamp set for it’s versatility and it’s obvious crafty appeal.
To make this card simply start with an A2 card base in Night of Navy. Cut landscape style, 11″ x 4.25″. Score and fold the card in half at 5.5″. Layer a Very Vanilla card stock cut at 5.25″ x 4″ stamped with the pens in Night of Navy ink. Remember! Stamp the Very Vanilla envelope with the pens too! The Thank You sentiment is from the One Big Meaning stamp set. Finish off the card with the Night of Navy crinkled seam binding ribbon wrapped around the front and finished off with a bow!
I just love these Stampin Up Pizza boxes! Simply pair them with the 3×3 envelopes and note cards for a super cute and easy gift!
Everything can be found in the Holiday mini catalog! The exceptions are the basic cardstock in Whisper White and Old Olive. Also, the inks Old Olive and Memento Black, which is in the yearly big catty.
The suite of products I used was Ready for Christmas in the 2017 Holiday catalog. Stamp the tree in Old Olive ink full strength, then move down and to right to stamp off some color. Now stamp this for each of the envelopes and the front of one notecard ( which I cut at 5.5″ x 2.75″ then score and fold at 2.75″) Finally, the 2 sprigs of greenery are from the coordinating die cut set!
The designer series paper is from the Merry Little Christmas suite of products. As well as the 7/8″ Black and white striped ribbon. Yes we did cut the edges off on the notecard!
This was one of the projects from our Christmas Stamp Event and everyone loved it! I loved hearing all the ladies making plans for what they were going to do with the pizza boxes they were going to purchase! Can’t wait to see what everyone creates!
